Segmental analysis

Five year summary

The Group is managed as four geographical divisions and has only one major product or service: specialist ground engineering products. This is reflected in the Group’s management structure and in the segment information reviewed by the Chief Operating Decision Maker.

The Group changed its divisional management structure with effect from 1 January 2012. This resulted in identifying a new reportable segment, Asia. This was previously reported within the CEMEA segment. In addition the UK segment was merged with the CEMEA segment, which was renamed as Europe, Middle East and Africa ('EMEA').
