Keller Group plc ("the Group"), the international ground engineering specialist, announces the completion of the acquisition of North American Piling.
All the conditions precedent contained in the sale and purchase agreement having been satisfied, including Canadian Competition Act clearance, the acquisition completed as at close of business in Canada on 12 July 2013.
