Keller Group plc ("Keller"), the international ground engineering specialist, announces the following changes to its Board of Directors:

Appointment of Ms Ruth Cairnie

Ms Ruth Cairnie has been appointed as a Non-executive Director with effect from 1 June 2010.

Ms Cairnie is Vice President of the Global Commercial Fuels business of Royal Dutch Shell Plc. Her current role follows a number of senior international roles within Shell, including serving on the boards of Shell Pakistan Ltd and joint venture companies in Germany and Thailand; and on the supervisory boards of Shell Deutschland Oil GmbH and Shell Direct Germany GmbH.

Ms Cairnie was also a member of the Civil Service Capability Review Teams, set up in 2005 to review the delivery capability of central government departments.

Dr Kevin Bond to Retire

After serving on the Keller Board as a Non-executive Director for nine years, Dr Bond will be standing down at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 17 May 2010.

Mr Roy Franklin, Chairman of Keller, commented:

"Kevin has always brought an independent viewpoint and willingness to challenge, which he has combined with his exceptionally supportive style. These things, together with his experience and knowledge, will be missed by us all and we wish him well.

Appendix

Ms Cairnie has no current directorships of publicly quoted companies. Within the past five years, she has been a director of Shell Pakistan, a company quoted on the Karachi and Lahore Stock Exchanges.

There is no other information to be disclosed pursuant to the requirements of paragraphs 9.6.13(1) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
