Pages to Print and Repro for the Workbook

Printing Instructions

First, use automated printing to print all the course pages, OR follow these instructions:
  1. Run your Netscape browser (release 4 thru 4.6 -OTHER VERSIONS WILL NOT WORK!)
  2. Go to: File/Page Setup on the browser menu bar.
  3. Uncheck all of the checkboxes in the Header and Footer information setup areas.
  4. Set the top margin to .4 inches. Set all other margins to zero.
  5. Print on the HP Laserjet 4 printer only. Other printers use different fonts that spoil the page layouts.
  6. Then print the pages: click the first hyperlink in the list and print; then click the Back button and got to the next hyperlink in the list, print, go back, and so on.

Finally:

  1. Repro from these pages double-sided.
  2. The copyright page is the inside of the front cover; so even the cover is double-sided.
  3. The back cover is blank on both sides. Front and back cover should be printed on cardstock, preferably "sandstone".
  4. All images are in black-and-white for best repro results.
  5. Coil bind.
