Keller Group plc ("Keller"), the world's largest geotechnical contractor, announces that it has been awarded a further $650m contract variation order in relation to the reconstruction of the I-40 highway in the US.

Reconstruction under way on the I-40 highway

As previously announced, Keller started working on the I-40 project in 2025 and this latest agreement follows a series of work packages that Keller is already undertaking. To date and including this latest contract variation, Keller has now secured c.$1bn of work in relation to the I-40 reconstruction, of which c.10% has been completed so far. Following this latest contract variation order, Keller expects the work to extend over the next three to four years.

This significant contract variation further supports the Group’s longer-term revenue visibility and increases the Group’s order book to approximately £2.4bn. Due to the multi-year nature of this contract, there is no change to the Group’s 2026 full year results expectations.

We are delighted to have secured this significant additional work package on this major US infrastructure project. It is an exceptional project for Keller – the largest in our history – and one we are successfully delivering due to the strength of our technical capabilities, our ability to work at scale and the excellent collaboration across our US business units.
