Matt brings more than 25 years of international HR and business leadership experience across publicly listed and private equity backed organisations. He has lived and worked in five countries and held senior leadership roles across Europe and North America, supporting global businesses and leading teams across diverse markets and cultures.
Matt began his career as an engineer in the defence industry before moving into HR, where he has held senior leadership positions with Matra BAe Dynamics, BAE Systems, Nestlé, Laird PLC, and PZ Cussons PLC. Most recently, as Chief People Officer at Lipton Teas and Infusions, he helped establish the company as a successful standalone business, leading the people strategy and supporting a significant period of change and growth. In 2025, he was also appointed to the Supervisory Board.
